Built a lightweight ERP that brings inventory, purchase orders and dispatch into one system, replacing four spreadsheets and a lot of guesswork.
The challenge
Inventory, purchase orders and dispatch were tracked in separate spreadsheets. Stock-outs and over-ordering were common, and nobody had a single view of what was available, committed or in transit.
The solution
We designed a focused ERP around three core workflows: stock levels, purchase orders and dispatch. Every transaction updates the central ledger, and role-based views give each team exactly what they need without clutter.
