Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, timeline and fees.

The content, design, code and branding on this site belong to NAK Media unless credited otherwise. Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced for a client is governed by that client's signed agreement.

We link to client sites and partner platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, NAK Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
