Order-to-invoice automation for a wholesale business
Mapped and automated the full order-to-invoice process, cutting manual data entry and removing the daily backlog that slowed fulfilment.
The challenge
Orders arrived by email, WhatsApp and form submissions. Each one had to be copied into accounting, inventory and shipping systems by hand. The process took three hours every day, created errors and delayed dispatch.
The solution
We documented the full workflow, then built an automation layer that reads incoming orders, validates stock, creates invoices, updates the inventory system and posts shipping labels. Exceptions are flagged for human review instead of silently failing.
