FAQ
Straight answers before you start
Timelines
- How long until we can launch?
- Most first versions go live in 8–12 weeks. Heavy integrations add time, and we say so during discovery, not later.
- How long before we see something?
- You see the first working module within about four weeks, not at the end.
- How much of our time do you need?
- About two hours a week: one sprint review and one working session. We do not need you full time.
Ownership
- Do we own the code?
- Yes. Full ownership, in your repositories and your cloud accounts, from the first commit.
- Do you handle the store accounts?
- Yes, we set up and submit under your developer accounts so you keep ownership.
- Do you host it for us?
- We set it up in your own accounts, so you keep control. We can manage it on a retainer.
Payment terms
- How do payments work?
- Fixed scope projects: paid in milestones: usually 50% to start, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 20% at launch. Retainers, dedicated teams and support plans are billed monthly in advance.
- Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
- Indian clients are invoiced in INR, with GST added where it applies. Clients in the UAE and elsewhere are invoiced in AED or USD. We accept bank transfer, and UPI in India.
- Do you charge for a first call or proposal?
- No. The first call and the written proposal are free, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Support
- What happens after launch?
- A support agreement covers fixes, hosting oversight and an agreed number of improvement days each month.
- Who maintains it afterwards?
- We do, on a support retainer covering OS updates and compatibility. Or we hand over with documentation.
- What if a workflow breaks?
- Every flow has retries, an alert to your team and a documented manual fallback.
NDA and confidentiality
- Will you sign an NDA?
- Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before you share anything confidential, and we are happy to use your own NDA.
- Can you show our project in your portfolio?
- Only with your written permission. If you would rather keep the work private, it stays private.
Data security
- Where is our data stored?
- In your own cloud accounts, in the region you choose. If you have no preference, Indian clients are hosted in an India region and other clients in the region nearest their customers.
- Who on your team can access our systems?
- Only the named people on your project, each with multi-factor authentication. We remove our access when the project or support plan ends.
- What happens to our data when the project ends?
- It is already in your accounts. We hand over credentials and documentation, remove our access, and delete any copies we hold within 30 days unless you ask us to keep supporting the system.
AI data handling
- Will our data train public models?
- No. We use enterprise endpoints with training disabled, or self-hosted models where required.
- Can it run on our own infrastructure?
- Yes. Open-weight models can be deployed inside your cloud or private network.
- Will callers know it is AI?
- Yes, we disclose it. It is required in many regions and, in practice, better received than pretending.
- What happens with a complicated call?
- The agent recognises what it cannot handle and passes it to a person with the full context attached.
